Your Second Visit to Our Vancouver Practice

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you. After Dr. Little has had an opportunity to review your health history, and assessment findings , she will go over everything with you and explain what it all means. She will be making recommendations designed to help you get out of pain , remove the cause , and then move toward wellness. A program of care will be recommended , as well we will be sharing some educational material to help you reach a level of wellness you deserve!

Please allow approximately 30 minutes for this visit as we will be not only reviewing your findings , coming to an agreement regarding your care , you will also be receiving your first chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Little at this time.

Again, since this is a partnership we endeavour to answer any questions or concerns that you may have and provide you with health care solutions that work for you! This is usually attended to on your second visit, which is usually the following day. This two-visit approach accomplishes several things:

  • Reduces the length of your first visit
  • Gives us time to correlate our findings
  • Avoids overloading you with too much information

In certain situations, and in the professional judgment of Dr. Little, we sometimes make exceptions. It just depends on your unique situation.

Dr. Donna Asks some important questions of interest to Vancouver residents - Chiropractor Vancouver Dr. Donna Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
What can a chiropractor do for asthma?
Many people think of chiropractic as exclusively dealing with the spine. But I'm interested in the spine because it covers the nervous system. Problems in the spine can produce problems in the organs and tissues controlled by the affected nerves—including those to the lungs and bronchial tubes. Find out how chiropractic care has helped those with asthma.
